Relations with the media and the international community

As competition policy is quite a technical topic, the Tribunal aims to inform the community of the matters that are resolved under its jurisdiction. The Tribunal also provides information that facilitates the understanding of its functions, starting from the basics (such as how to file a case with the institution) to the more advanced (such as procedural rules).

It is in this context, that the Tribunal participates in seminars, forums, and academic discussions both at the national and international levels.

On the other hand, in a globalized economy, maintaining ties with the international community specialized in competition issues is vital for the work carried out by TDLC. For this reason, the Tribunal actively participates in meetings and specialized working committees organized by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the International Competition Network (ICN), among others.
