Valeria Ortega Romo, Attorney Secretary of the TDLC

Since 2018, she worked as a Judicial Clerk at the TDLC and starting from October 2023, as an Interim Attorney Secretary of the TDLC. Previously, she was a legal advisor at the Ministry General Secretariat of the Presidency (2017) and at the Ministry of Education (2014-2016).

Furthermore, she completed a diploma in Legal Argumentation and Evidentiary Reasoning from the Institute of Judicial Studies (2022), a diploma in Sanctioning Administrative Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso (2020), and a postgraduate diploma in Regulation and Public Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Chile (2017), among other professional development courses.

She assumed the role of Attorney Secretary at the TDLC in January 2024.
