Pablo García García, Deputy Judge Economist

Pablo García a holds a Commercial Engineering degree with a major in economics from Universidad de Santiago and a Master in Science in Economics from the University of Warwick. He is currently a Ph. D candidate in economics at Queen Mary University and is pursuing a law degree at the University of Arts, Sciences and Communication (UNIACC). He has an extensive career as a teacher, consultant and expert in competition matters, carrying out economic reports and audits regarding cases before the TDLC. He was Head of the Economic Analysis Division of the Unregulated Markets and Head of the Studies Division of the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office (FNE), expert advisor at the UC Competition Law Center, at Chemonics International / USAID and in the Department of Competition and Protection to the Unctad Consumer. He was appointed as Deputy Judge Economist of the TDLC in 2020.
